Investor Looking to purchase Condos in Bulk (preferably from one seller)

I have an oversees client who is interested in purchasing bulk condos, more then 10 units.  They are in town.  Before submitting offers on individual units, he would like to know if there is a seller out there that has more then 10 units under their portfolio that they are selling, preferably in the same sub division.  If you represent someone or know someone, please let me know. We have seen some units and they are looking to make a decision within the next couple days.
